Online Course - Software Automation in Healthcare

Software Automation in Healthcare introduces participants to the principles, tools and practices of automating software processes in clinical, laboratory and research settings. The course covers robotic process automation (RPA), automated data pipelines based on interoperability standards (HL7/FHIR), testing and CI/CD for health software, and the responsible integration of AI-based automation, with particular attention to data quality, security and GDPR. No patient data is used at any stage. The course is fully online and self-paced (6–8 weeks, approx. 75 hours) and taught in English. It is aimed at master’s and doctoral students, early-stage researchers, and healthcare and IT professionals.
